"That's My King!" Who Felt Like No Other!

No man ever felt like this Man!
He was utterly furious with wrath and anger and grieved in His heart all at the same time!
He was love on fire, burning with indignation against all which is unlovely!
He rejoiced in the Holy Spirit with an exuberantly glad joy this world has never seen!
He possesses fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore that will fill you to overflowing happiness – good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over!
He wept over Jerusalem and cried out for lost sinners to turn to Him!
His heart throbbed with pity for His people!
He wept over the death of Lazarus!
He was consumed with zeal for His Father's house, and He Himself was that House of houses!
He angrily drove men out of the temple in a whipping fury!
He marveled at the humble faith of foreigners who were outside the Jewish covenant!
He had so much compassion that he burst into tears in public!
He's the Good Shepherd Who rejoices over one lost sheep when it's found!

That's my King! I wonder if you have any feelings for Him today?!

He was moved with pity!
He was compassionate!
He was angry!
He was indignant!
He was consumed with zeal!
He was troubled!
He was greatly distressed!
He was very sorrowful!
He was deeply moved!
He was grieved!
He sighed!
He wept!
He sobbed!
He groaned!
He was in agony!
He's the only One Who feared God alone His whole life long!
He was forsaken by God!
He was surprised!
He was amazed!
He rejoiced very greatly!
He was full of joy!
He greatly desired!

That's my King! Do you know Him?!

He pities and relieves the miseries of His creatures!
He cares about your own pains, sufferings, and sadnesses and those of others more than you ever wish you could!
He loves His Father with a perfectly pure, passionate, powerful love!
He loves sinners with a love that surpasses knowledge!
He feared the winepress of the fury of the wrath of Almighty God so deeply that He sweat like great drops of blood!
He humbled Himself with a humility unparalleled in the universe!
He went from the highest possible position in and outside the universe to the lowest possible position: though God in everlasting glory, He became man; born to poor parents in the feeding trough of a cow; the slaughter of innocent children all around Him; He was spit upon, beaten, mocked, and slaughtered on a tree under the everlasting curse and judgment of God!
He Himself took our infirmities and bore our diseases!
He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows!
He was made like us in all things so that He might be a merciful and faithful High-priest!
He's able to sympathize with our weaknesses because He's been tempted in every way we have, yet without sin!
He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief!
But for the joy set before Him He endured the cross!
On that cross He suffered the pains of Hell – the most horrific, eternal pains which are unimaginable – He suffered them for all who would ever turn from their sins and trust in Him!
Death couldn't stop Him; the grave couldn't contain Him; the devil couldn't defeat Him, and He rose up from the dead to a triumphant, conquering, everlasting delight that He shares with all those who would ever repent and believe in Him!

That's my King!
