And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself . . . Then he said to them, "These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled." Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, (Lk. 24:27, 44-45)The Father's Main Message Is Jesus Christ Himself:
We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote - Jesus of Nazareth . . . (Jn. 1:45)
You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. (Jn. 5:39)
For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me. (Jn. 5:46)
To Him all the prophets witness . . . (Acts 10:43)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (Jn. 3:16)Jesus' Main Message Is Jesus Christ Himself:
And the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. (Jn. 5:37)
I [Jesus] am the one who bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me. (Jn. 8:18)
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. (1 Jn. 4:14)
If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son. And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. (1 Jn. 5:9-12)
I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. (Jn. 6:35)The Holy Spirit's Main Message Is Jesus Christ Himself:
I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. (Jn. 8:12)
I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved . . . (Jn. 10:9)
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. (Jn. 10:11)
I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. (Jn. 11:25)
I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (Jn. 14:6)
I am the vine, you are the branches for without Me you can do nothing. (Jn. 15:5)
But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. (Jn. 15:26)The Apostles' Main Message Is Jesus Christ Himself:
He [the Spirit of truth] will glorify Me [Jesus], for he will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. (Jn. 16:14)
Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says "Jesus is accursed!" and no one can say "Jesus is Lord" except in the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor. 12:3)
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me . . . (Acts 1:8)HT: Greg Gibson
